We were having trouble picking a resort because there are so many to choose from. We ended booking a resort 5 minutes from Disney Animal Kingdom. We did enjoy the huge screened in patio. Lots of bugs in florida. Next time I told my husband that we need to go for a least a week. Totally will be back again in the spring.

We planned this trip last minute and it all worked smoothly. The front desk manager Carl was very helpful. We needed first floor close to the pool and Carl got the request taken care of before we checked in. I thought the spa was a bit pricey but my wife was happy. We enjoyed the paddle boats on the lake. At night time we could see the Disney World Fireworks which was awesome.

Even though it rained the first day we went to Disney World the rest of the stay was clear blue skies. On property we saw wild turkeys and Cranes. It was like we were in a bird sanctuary lol. Maybe the resort feeds them. There is a plaza with 3 restaurants and arcade pool tables which worked perfectly after a day at the parks. If you are traveling with more than 4 people I suggest you book the two bedroom deluxe. See ya next year for sure!
