We planned this trip last minute and it all worked smoothly. The front desk manager Carl was very helpful. We needed first floor close to the pool and Carl got the request taken care of before we checked in. I thought the spa was a bit pricey but my wife was happy. We enjoyed the paddle boats on the lake. At night time we could see the Disney World Fireworks which was awesome.
